In addition to the usual downloads, the homepage offers an archive of all available binary packages.
This archive, simply named All-20251111.tar.gz, contains a single folder called All with all the binary packages available to date.
All these files should be copied to: /usr/pkgsrc/packages/All/, which is the location used by pkgsrc when it creates packages.
